Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from our shop in Long Jetty, NSW 2261 Sydney.

Some goods i.e. dangerous goods lithium batteries the appropriate delivery vehicles need to be booked which might additional time (24-48 hours).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use various reputable shipping services depending on the location. 

While we try our best to ensure that shipments are delivered as fast as possible and use the best carriers available, some deliveries may have unexpected delays. In this case, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for an update. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you can let us know at info@Thriv-e.com

Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

In-store pickup is available for online orders.
